The City of San Fernando is enforcing Ordinance No. 2014-007, which prohibits smoking and vaping in all public buildings, offices, and public transportation, including jeepneys, buses, and tricycles.

The ordinance also bans the sale and promotion of cigarettes, tobacco products, and e-cigarettes within a 100-meter radius of schools, playgrounds, health facilities, churches, parks, and other areas frequently visited by minors.
