Starting this May, a large-scale outreach will roll out across Pampanga’s First District, bringing support to transport workers in Angeles City, Mabalacat, and Magalang. The initiative aims to distribute rice assistance to thousands of TODA and JODA members as a gesture of appreciation for their vital role in daily transportation.

Backed by a private-sector partner, the program highlights efforts to support drivers and operators amid rising fuel costs, recognizing their contribution to keeping communities moving.
