First look at the ongoing construction of a new luxury mall in Angeles City, Pampanga, set to open in 2027. The development is expected to become a premier destination for luxury shopping and fine dining, ushering in a new era of lifestyle and leisure in the city.

The mall will be the first Power Plant Mall Angeles outside Metro Manila and will rise within Rockwell at Nepo Center, a joint venture of Rockwell Land and Juan D. Nepomuceno Realty.

The 32,000-square-meter mall is expected to feature several luxury retail brands such as Hermès, Chanel, Goyard, Longchamp, Balenciaga, and Louis Vuitton.
